Beware of ARIK AIR.

Arik air, denies of paying the salaries of 5 months, to 27 pilots,
who were operating the two A340/500 aircrafts, operated by HIFLY's
AOC.....and were dismissed last May without any payment. This is to inform fellow pilots to avoid in any form of collaboration with them, as they do not respect their signature and their commitments as stated in the contracts.
The amount that Arik has to pay, is approximately 2 mil us$.

Where have you been Refugee?

A search on this Forum would reveal all about the antics of Arik.

Note to Mods.....do we really need ANOTHER Arik thread?

interesting

One week since I asked, one reply in 5 minutes and another sensible observation. This is hardly an all round condemnation of the company.
But thanks

Probably because no one can believe someone is actually asking.

agreed I can really not believe I asked

Incredible to come on to a pilot forum and ask about a company. There are no recent incidents of complaints, I was merely seeking helpful advice. Maybe from an employee, crazy looking back on it. Thanks so much, very clearly spelt out, very helpful, have a good day gents. What a helpful conversation, god bless pprune

I think you will find a leopard does not change it's spots. Silence is far more revealing than a whole host of negative posts that are littered through this site.

Hmmmm. Sarcasm. The use of irony to mock or convey contempt. Probably not the way to elicit what you seek, what ever that may be.

111boy, there is a search function on this site, and an African forum . . . .5 minutes spent using these "tools" would have saved you looking like one. . . . .

I suggested this to him on 19 November. Look, you can lead a horse to water etc etc.

Anyone silly enough to even consider working for Arik, needs their bumps feeling and deserves what they get as a result of such folly.
