Excellent news.Taxied past 2 145's today and wondered about the fate of the folks flying them. Perhaps they are feeling much better tonight. I am.

So does this mean the BMI brand will stay? As I read that one of the investors is Loganair, a franchise of Flybe.
Will we be seeing 145's back in Flybe colours?

From the press release the money (presumably most of) is coming from the Bond brothers (they started Bond Helicopters), they are also the money behind Loganair. But that is the only connection, who knows what the plan is, but again reading the press it seems that the bmi brand and website are to be kept. The ex Biz Air guys (AW and GR) are good blokes so hopefully its going to work out.

Great news! Almost worked for them, only turned down the offer due to changing family circumstances. Glad to see something good come out of this disaster caused by Bishop! Good luck to all at Regional.

Since this thread is 'back to the top', does anybody have any info about recruitment?

I know it's early days after the take over, but this is a rumour network!
