FCI (Dallas TX) contract flying anybody?

Anybody have experience flying on contract with FCI from Dallas Texas, USA?
I am thinking about snagging a contract with them, but I want to hear from anybody who have dealt with them and hear how they treat/handle their contract pilots? Anybody?
Thanks,
6to8

FCI

FCI (Flight Crews International) was a company based in Los Angeles run by Hal Mcnicol. Mac I believe he sold his database of pilots and business to Air Inc aka jet jobs. It was downhill and like many others I was dissapointed to loose Mac's personal service. Subscription ended prompty.

This FCI has nothing to do with Mac, just a namesake but for the "S" missing from crew. Or so it seems. Mapping the address with Google maps came up with a residential house in Texas.

Other than the above, I know nothing of the company and would like to know more myself.
