Dragonair terms and conditions
I heard that there was a 20% salary increase on Dragonair can any one confirm what the new conditions are? Basic salary? Housing Allowence? Travel allowence? Chinese new year bonus? School Allowence? Annuel Bonus? Overnight allowence?

yes, that's about right. Some of the locals had more than 20%.
basic salary is now about HK$ 105.000 monthly (30.000 less for F/O's)
on top you get hourly duty pay which is about 7.000 monthly.
travel benefits is about 100.000 a year depending on where your home country is and how big your family is.
1 extra month salary (13th month).
chinese new year bonus which varies every year.
1 month gratuity on your aniversary.
housing allowance is between 60-80.000 monthly, depending on wether you have a mortgage or you are renting.
Childrens school allowance is between 6-10.000 monthly for up to 3 children.
Thats the big picture for a junior captain.
