China Desperate for Pilots?? Pilot desperate to stay in China!!
The word on the street is that the majority of Chinese Airlines are crying out for expatriot pilots to fill their apparently very high shortage of pilots. But my toes are in the water and I just cant seem to feel it.
I work in China at current and am hunting out those that do hire and have found a limited result. I have no jet time but have significant command time on both Multi Piston and Multi and single Turbine. Have both Chinese and another Countries ICAO ATPL's. The ones that I have found require siginificant time on type and with that the appropriate Type Rating as well as very high hour requirements.
Really dying to get into this exciting industry.
Anyone got any info on this? Any advice? Hopefully I could pave the way for many other expats.
