Completely unrelated.
There is next-to-nothing those three airlines have in common, and I wouldn;t expect to extrapolate ANYTHING to hte theoretical future pay conditions at V America when it flies.
I think it's agreed that rarely does a Virgin company pay above the market rate for anything...
If Blue is anything to go by, the start-up phase could be a lot of fun, though...

You might just as well ask about the pay and conditions at Virgin Vie, Virgin Rail, Virgin Money or Virgin Mobile - they are about as closely related to Blue/Atlantic/Express as these three are to each other! The only thing that the employees of these various organisations share is a Virgin employee discount scheme and a predisposition to good parties; the Ts&Cs for each organisation are specific to the market each operates in.
