Worst attrition rate?

Who has lost the most pilots and cabin crew in the last 12 months, BACX or FLYBE?

Must be guinness book of records time?

Unhappy

Both got problems related to similar regional issues. The difference is that Flybe have got an experienced team who know what they are doing at least in business terms, who manage to make a profit!!
They consistently have successfully stolen profitable routes from BACX, even going back to the good old Manx/BRAL days!! (joke - but it shows how awful things have become).
As far as the question goes, we have lost, and continue to lose more all the time. The only thing slowing our shrinkage is the recruitment capacity of better airlines - which is just about anything except Emerald!!!!! However, no doubt that its the great Rabbit Hutches plan - costs can be cut quite successfully by shrinking the business. The plan must be to shrink it year on year by a percentage equivalent to his years of service to go - KPIs met, bonuses handed out, blah blah. Tosser!

Looks like the Flight Ops Director has joined the list at Fly Be.
