Loganair Pay

How much does Loganair pay for F/O on the Saab340? Is it decent? Can you live in Scotland easily with the money you make as F/O on the 340? Thanks

Point 1. Consult ppjn.com

Point 2. It wasn't enough for me.

Depends how much debt you have to finance! Including flight pay you're circa £25k per annum. Anyone who says you can't live on £25k has to get a reality check, but again this depends on personal circumstances. If you have £70k training loans to pay it does make things tight.

The flying can be great fun, except when the weather gets in the way!

If you're not saab rated remember you have to front up £12k. They do pay it back over 3 years but you have to find it to start with.

A quick off topic, sorry. Is Frank Bailey still working with Loganair? And/or Colin Cameron?

Ferny - Yea and Yes.

To answer previous posts, Loan agreement with Logan is £12k. It sounds daunting at first but go to your nearest friendly(?!) bank, show the letters from Logan offering you a job and you'll get the loan. Logan pay the cash into your bank, you pay your loan, and it's as if the bond never existed!

Saab TR is at SAS flight academy.

I believe there is a bond on the otter, but not sure of the amount.
