Ryan and the Russians?
Good name for 80's pop group?
No, I gather the Russian FO's currently employed by Ryan Air are being told that they can expect promotion to the Left Hand seat, but......... only on their existing package!!?
I suppose when you change hard currency into roubles it goes a long way!
Is there any truth in this rumour?

There is no truth in this rumour .
1. they have been with Ryan for more than 3.5 years
2. all of them ( except two ) are Captains already with standard contracts , one is Training Captain , another one doing command training .
P.S. There are no bears in Moscow , not everybody drinks VODKA et c.....
