Fms tofl and V1

Hi folks
Just wanna make sure i am not preaching from the wrong pew!
Are correct statements that the TOFL in the fms represents the longuest amongst the asd - no tr's for dry rwy, with tr's for wet rwy -, the distance required to achieve V2 at the screen height of 35 feet for dry rwy - 15ft for wet rwy, following an engine failure at vef and the distance required to reach V2 plus 10 to 25 at the screen height for all engine operative plus a 15% buffer? And that the V1 is the balanced field length V1?
Cos the doubt that the tofl is the balanced field length is starting to creep in me!

Many thanks but the manuals for the chllenger seem to lack those kind of info!
