SAAB 340B Cargo floor limitations

Sorry Chaps if this is the wrong area to ask, but am looking to find out the structural limits for the cargo compartment on the SAAB 340.

In none of the sales blurb does it tell you how much actual weight you can carry.

Any help???

Thks

I've been told approx 400kg / m2 for pallets and up to around 3500kg total in the past by operators.

Depends on mod state and configuration:

Generally - C1 590Kg, C2 385 Kg Max C1 + C2 = 950Kg

It's in the WBM.

IIRC 150 lb/ft^2 in most of the aircraft, with spreaders required in the main cabin to raise it from 100 lb/ft^2.

There's also a running load limit and an integrated load limit along the aircraft.

There are also compartment load limits, which are highly configuration dependant.
