Side stick priority

I f you take over e.g. during flare what is the position of the stabilizer? Is the position neutral and you have to do your own flare or will you start at the position you take over from the colleague?

When you press the take-over p/b the flight controls revert to the position ordered by your sidestick so yes, in theory, you have to start the flare again. In practice on the few occasions I've used it I was already moving the sidestick to where I wanted it as I pressed the button so it didn't seem to be a problem.

I have done in the last 2 weeks some 72 touch and go with rookie pilots and some times it is strange to take over in about 10-20ft. Any tips are wellcome
