I feel sorry for these people.

Unable to understand a question about basic flying-by-wire laws, or unable to answer must be frustrating for Professional Pilot Rumorour.

Just to clarify, I don't understand your question as it is not consistent or coherent. If you are asking a genuine question on the Airbus FBW system why don't you direct your efforts to the Tech log forum. Maybe someone there can answer your obtuse queries whilst tolerating your rudeness.
