Singapore Airlines Conversion

Can anyone explain on here if you need to take the 13 ATPL exams for the Singapore airlines second officer position? Meaning do you need to take the 13 CASS exams in order to convert your ICAO license?

If you don't hold a full ATPL then yes you need to do all the exams.

If you already hold a foreign ICAO frozen ATPL (with all ATPL theory exams), isn't it just Air Law, Operational Procedures and Human performance to retake in Singapore ?

I'm not sure of my understanding of their requirement (Singapore Air Safety Publication (SASP) Part 2 chapter 11).

Only if you hold full ATPL you do the air law and ops.
If you hold frozen atpl or cpl then all 14 exams.
