FAA pilot to Singapore air

Quick question, I’m about to get my multi engine in the “great US of A”. Genuinely just want to leave the country and work somewhere else. I came across singapore direct entry Second officer. Aside from the license conversation what else do I need to get/do to be able to work there? And do I need to convert my license before I apply?

What the hell is a direct entry second officer? What is 'direct' about it?

Not being a graduate from their cadet program I assume, aka an “outsider”.
Second officer is the junior FO.
Relief pilot learning the ropes from the observer seat. Maintains currency in the sim.
Not unusual in Europaland and Asia.

As far as my answer to the OP, in an earlier thread you mention you have an ME background. How familiar are you with Asian (work) culture and are you ready to compete with very ambitious and hardworking colleagues in a very demanding environment with little to no experience?
First you will be competing for a spot with only multi engine piston while the other applicants likely come from airline sponsored academies with higher level training in EFIS equipped sims.
Get your CFI and CFII then start instructing.
Get your FAA ATP, some 135 jet time then start looking outside the US.
rudestuff gave you the exact same advice in a previous thread you started.
You will keep getting the same recommendations.

Foreign airlines help you do license conversion to a local ATPL. Same in the Gulf or any expat job. Take their air law exam and submit some stamped logbook copies in most cases.
