Hi, if it’s not too much to ask, could you elaborate a bit on the details of productivity pay and whatever other variable components there are? Are there any contributions towards a retirement fund or something comparable? I’m find the position to be very interesting, however I’m financially very well off where I’m at now. Would highly appreciate if you could elaborate and maybe PM some details so I can make an informed decision

From what I can remember, they made me do eng surge, missed approach raw data OEI, manual flying ILS and AUPRT exercises. Second part was them trying to see your decision making process. So there was wx avoidance and diversion. Super important that you communicate clearly to everyone (atc, purser, operations, etc) why you’re diverting and what to expect next.

Hi everyone! I was just wondering if anyone would have an updated reviewer for air law and operational procedures exams for CAAS (Singapore) license conversion? I’m in the final stages of my application for Singapore Airlines and have no idea how to prepare for those exams. Any help provided would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance! ![Smilie](https://www.pprune.org/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Hi everyone, Thanks for the tips for the sim ! I am now in the process or Converting my license to CAAS. I have read different things about the night flying, in the Sasp2 if says "5 hours of night flying, including at least 5 take-offs and 5 landings as PIC". For those in the process do we need 5TO/LDG as PIC and 5 hrs night as PIC ? or the 5hrs night can be anything else than PIC ? Many thanks in advance !
Cheers !

hello, interview for me went pretty swiftly. It was really more for them to get a feel for what you’re like I suppose. They asked mostly about whether I knew it would be a local contract, if I would be ok commuting. Why I wanted to leave my current position. Where do I see myself in 5-10 years and if it would be alright with me that captaincy takes 10-12 years. Then they asked some memory items (cabin alt, airspeed unreliable). HR asked me to describe myself in one word. Interview was done in less than 15 mins. Just smile and breathe! Oh and be early. We started like 10 mins before the time specified for the interview. Best of luck to you!
