CPL Conversion License New rules??

Hey everyone! Its come to my knowledge that CAR part Section 7 licensing Page 74 a table has been updated stating requirement of 5 hours night dual and 8 hours x/c dual! I have 12 hours x/c dual but they have been done more than 5 years ago! I'm converting my foreign cpl this month, do i need to do these dual x/c again? Also no where in this updated section the 5 years rule is mentioned! Thanks for any help

Can you send a link or be more specific ?

CAR Section 7 is divided into 19 parts . Which part are you referring to ?
CIVIL AVIATION REQUIREMENTS

Moreover flying experience requirements for the issue of CPL is given in Aircraft rules 1937 , Schedule II , SECTION L ( if you want IR as well )

As far as conversion is concerned FCL 1 / 2012 is still applicable

Please check Section 7 Series D TRAINING ORGANISATIONS Part 1 Pg 74

The flow charts and the FCL1/2012 does not have any mention about the new rule. And even if it is in place no where is it mentioned the validity period of those 8 hrs Dual x/c now required? Thanks
