would some one suggest the best (reasonable priced) institute for
assistant flight instructor course in india, after cpl

First be familiar with the requirements, I am not currently aware of the present rules, but it use to be around 200PIC time (Preferred solo time) of which at-least 50 hr in the past 18months(This could be even 6months).

So all that excess hr shall be born by you. apart form that you will need at-least 10hr of instructional training form a CFI. Suggest you to work out the requirement from a nearest flight school.

Based on that further steps could be taken about cost and convenience.

Also in my view, choosing a flight school for AFI rating isn't a matter of cost alone but factors such as job after completion and other relevant things.
