Air India Brain drain

By the sound of things Air India would have lost at least 40 pilots in the last 6 months. Does any one care? That too, some of these are senior pilots, who will take a long time to replace, considering the dilapidated condition of the training department. Not to mention the poor "synergy" of the merger causing even bigger career progression issues.

Collectively, they dont have a half a brain to drain if you aggregate the entire lot.
