AFTER you clear the sim check you will receive an offer later asking 4 lacs for training and 20 lacs bond for 5 yrs (even if u leave job at 4yr 11 months and 29 days...u lose 20 lacs !!!!)

and that 20 lac is it post dated cheques or just an agreement dat if i break the bond i gota pay 20lacs

in the 20 lac check, u will not tight the date.... its a single check...

you just put the name amount and sign it....

they will layer put the date and encash it when you leave the job !!!!

If not then you guys are essentially paying the company a commission of 20 lakhs ( about $40,000 USD ) just for the job

Yes 83 candidates and the paper was not that hard, only 20% of systems and rest was from CPL level, kind of very basic paper and the result has been postponed for indefinite time but some people who have spoken to Sunil are saying that the result may come on Monday.
Any one has any idea how many pilots are they gonna induct?
