hi everybody im new to pprune...my question is...i earned my private pilots lic..way back 1993..i was not able to renew then...how do i get it back?...do i need to go schooling again for PPL?fly again?if i fly again..do i still get the chance to credit my previous flying hours?i'm from the philippines...this is PPL philippines
