JALways Interview Info., please!

A buddy of mine is having an interview for a F/O position with JALways next month. Does anyone know the type of questions being asked? What are they looking for? Any info. would be appreciated.

i thought they only take but actually reserve F/O positions for locals ONLY but unless u have sufficient experience and if i'm not mistaken u have to be able to speak their language fluently ....
