as my situation,im a FAA ATP but i do not have perfect eyesight which is required by MAS,i wear glasses .is it mandatory to have a perfect eyesight to join MAS?

As far as I know Malaysia is an ICAO signatory so vision must be correctable to 20/20, but the naked eye must be within so many diopters or something like that. In other words you cant need glasses as thick as the bottom of beer bottles to correct your eyesight.
