Genghis..your posting above regarding standards is correct...the difference between cultures, is that your quoted incidents are considered to be errors, are investigated as such, and operations such as these are discouraged by management...think some carriers from other parts of the world, sweep these incidents under the rug,if they even come to be known in the first place..everybody makes mistakes it's human nature..just some cultures refuse to admit, or learn from thiers

Gentlemen, I think it is somewhat disingenuous to suggest that a 'yahoo' or 'bigfoot' email address is any different than not supplying at all. We all know that those email address's are as good as being anonymous. If you are willing to show your 'real' email address's then I will think your point has some validity, if not, well.....
