atc in KUL

Hello ATC..what happened to u guys on the 15th? Could hardly understand or talk to u guys. Had to do a lot of switching betweeen frequencies. Have ready standby. Don't ask for radio checks in this type of situations. Anyway you guys are still good compared to a lot in the region.

Thumbs down atc in KUL

We experienced a massive frequency outage for about 5 hrs. The service provider blamed a contractor for digging up some cables somewhere between PJ and Subang. It was really stressful. Just imagine one controller handling traffic right from VJR right up to VPL and vice versa.
Except for Approach Control everything else was haywire.Somehow we managed.Tks to all pilots who were very very cooperative on that day. We mean it.
