Can I reapply??

Hi,

I get this message from the website when I try to reapply...

"We regret to inform you that we are unable to process your application further. This decision is final. Thank you for your interest in Cathay Pacific Airways."

Does that mean I cant even reapply one year later?

Sounds pretty clear to me. What I don't understand is why, over and over again people ask this sort of thing on the forum. The only people who can answer your question work in flight crew recruitment. Why not give them a call or send an email?
