cadet to FO

Wondering what the typical time frame is these days to progress from a cadet to FO?

Have you guys thought about Dragonair at all! They are recruiting for cadets at the moment. The selection is the same as Cathays and they go to the same training organisation in Adelaide. The real plus is that after completing the course you start off in the right hand seat of the 330 or 320 as a fully fledged co pilot rather than being bored out of your minds as a relief pilot for four years.
Just a thought.

A lot of times in this industry, the quickest way is not always the best way.
