Cathay Cargo

Cathay flies the 747-200 along with the -400 for cargo. I was just wondering if the -200's they use still use INS for navigation or if they've been updated to GPS or have FMS installed?

Thank you in advance

Re: Cathay Cargo

Yes all the "Classics" are fitted with 3 INS's, 2 GPS's & 2 HT9100 FMS's.

There's no change to the flight instruments just the replacement/addition of the 2 MCDU's and single MFRD in between them.
