Media request: What's it like to fly during turbulence?

Good afternoon, I hope it is ok to post on here. I am a journalist with Al Arabiya English, a 24-hour news outlet in the GCC. I am looking for any pilots/crew who might be able to share their experience on what it is like to fly during turbulence? And how rare was the recent event during the London - Singapore flight and what you do and how do you react when events of severe turbulence hit? If anyone is happy to share their experience, can you contact me at [email protected]/[email protected]. Happy for named or anonymous comments. Much appreciated in advance!

Since you have an identical post in this thread, More Turbulence Injuries Qatar to Dublin, please use the other forum for this discussion.

Thanks
