Can anyone shed light on the reported raid recently by the CAA on Silverjet

No it can not be - they are all too busy hiding in Aviation House filling out mileage claims and looking forward to eating a 2 hour subsidized lunch!

Wonder if it was anything like the 'raid' on AirAtlanta some years ago, at Manston?
Big problems over that one...airline grounded in the UK for 10 days.
