I take it that if you are asking about these locations that you have the right to live and work there? As far as I am aware Sweden doesn't have a offshore aviation provider and as for Norway if I remember correctly apart
from being qualified you require a minimum amount of hours. Seek out the FOM's for your target country and speak to them.

You cannot fly offshore in Europe without an IR(H)

I hear NHV have a spot on a 175 type course starting in Sept. Not many offshore being offered type ratings at the moment that I can find.
