Laos
What's with the ongoing concern with flying singles anywhere...Laos...USA...offshore...Africa....Oz...the risks are the same....seems we see this question about once a week lately! Is the real question actually focused upon the locale and is asked by a "single only" rated pilot?

Flying in Laos is no problem, the machines are good and well looked after however if you want low pay and live in a tent out in the bush cooking your own food on a gas burner and washing in a creek for a month at a time this is the place for you. That aside the people are great and a very interesting part of the world.
If you are out on a bush job and end up in a small town hotel you will wish you were back in your tent. The weather is no great problem just typical Asian heat some of the year and then the wet season it really pours, dont have a leaky tent!
I did it for a year and had a great time.
