History of Norsk Helikopterservice

Just seen HNZ investing in this company which I thought was still part of the old Avincis family. Operating one? S-92 but ordered 16 in 2012, so what happened?
Who owns the other 51 percent? Their website has not been updated since 2013.

Someone in Babcock Management the other day told me it had been mothballed as it hadn't won any work.
