Thanks for posting your wonderful pictures. Happily I seem to notice very few show evidence of damaged buildings or roads, infrastructure etc. from the earthqakes in Nepal. I hope that this is a sign that the country is getting back on its feet.....has the economy recovered yet?

G'day Madbob...Yes & No, some parts where not effected at all, those that where mostly are repaired & the economy well that's another story

You captured interesting moment at post #4165. It seems that some climber stepped on the cornice in the middle of the photo and apparently part of it fell off – you can see the the trace of the chunk down in the snow slope. The climber probably didn't like what he saw and decided not to continue on the edge, turned a bit back and traversed under the cornice.
This reminded me of my climbing era a quarter century ago...
