Top of the World: photos from Nepal
Runway
Hi VF
You're photos are amazing, I always look forward to new ones.
Is that Lukla airport on post 3982, perhaps it's the perspective but it seems very challenging not much room for error, although I guess that would sum up most of of your flights.
Keep safe,
T18

"Feminine shoots"! Would be interesting to drag up some old photos of the Lukla airstrip being "constructed" as I recall if was both male and female sherpas from the Namche/Khunde/Khumjung area involved in packing, rather stamping, the dirt of the runway. It was dirt when I flew out of it in early 1974 complete with broken aircraft at the top and bottom of the runway. Changed somewhat since then.
