Hello,
I am going to fly R44 in Germany, Slovakia and Ukraine, Is there any additional equipment necessary to make Day / Night VFR flights?
Thanks for help.

Germany:
No off airport landings at night.
Most airports closed at night.

You will have to land at the bigger airports and pay big bucks.
I flew in France once and they charged us €30 for switching on the runway lights...

I think all you need are night landing lights. Though when I used to fly the R22 they still used flares.
