Look no rotors
I'm guessing the camera and rotor speed are in someway synchronised...or its been played with. Still its quite unusual.

gidday , this would be a great way to track the blades , maybe some smart bugger could work on a thingee that could do this for all helis , we had the same sort of video a couple of years back , made me think....![Sad](https://www.pprune.org/images/smilies/puppy_dog_eyes.gif)
