Seems Air Method has a new STC for a Sagem Autopilot system for the Bell 407.

That would be nice - all the light helicopters I've flown could stand something to improve their handling. Now if only we could make all the pilots who have these systems use them...

These systems are great... for the kind of flight they're designed for.

That would be nice. I don't yet know the full extent of the capabilities but I hope it offers the possibility of coupled approaches unlike the SFENA on some of our 206s.

Mmmmmm...

Now all you will have to do is convince the "Boss" and his "Bean Counters" to go and buy one for his aircraft ????????

Good luck!
