.1970 for me age 57.
You can do a low tech version that is quite accurate by taking a yard stick and taping a coin to the bottom, and have a friend release it to let it drop between your fingers. The distance it drops before you clamp it between your fingers can be converted to time (s = 1/2 Gte2, or t = Sq rt of 2s/G) be sure you use consistent units, G= 32.2 feet, and convert inches to feet, or G=9.8 and use meters. For .2 sec reaction, the ruler will drop 7.73 inches. For .15 seconds, the ruler will drop 4.35 inches.
