Post JAR licence

Being on the other side of the world these days and not reading too much, could anyone fill me in on how I would go about converting my UK ATPL(H) to a JAA type. Or, will it not make any difference because all JAA (participating countries) will recognise each others qualifications. One other tiny thing...WHO are all the member countries?

Me too (other side of the world I mean!)

I renewed my rating in UK last September,
did the checks, signed to say I had read the JAR requirements (which I had) and got a JAR
rating.

As for the member countries its a Euro thing
so I guess it takes in all those countries that are Euro thingys. (Did I say I'd read it!?)
