Post Hijackings/Terrorist Attacks in the US

Unbelievable stuff I watched on TV...767 flying into the World Trade Center building...collapse of both towers...five hijackings...very sad day for so many people!
Sad commentary on airport security, intelligence collection....wonder what the reactions will be?

Incomprehensible.....this is a day which will change the world. Condolences to all our American friends. What else can we say?

Unhappy

A tragedy of unbelievable enormity. Even seeing the terrible pictures on television, it's still difficult to take in that it's actually happened.

I know all Rotorheads will join me in expressing our deepest sorrow for the crews, the passengers and so many others who have died on this terrible day, and our heartfelt condolences to their families.

Words seem so inadequate to reflect the enormity of what these evil terrorists, whoever they are, have done to so many innocent people.

May those who organised this atrocity against mankind be hunted and brought to justice, however long it takes.

Our thoughts and prayers are with our American colleagues and friends.
God bless you all.

I'm closing this thread for the moment because there are a number of similar threads on the News Forum, and Pprune is being overloaded with messages of condolence.
Please post any messages on the News Forum.
