Farnborough Air Show 2010
Apart from UAE buying most of the big bus line, and the UAE buying most of the MRO for Al Ain, is there any other news.
Any Corporate news.?
Any reason for a Corporate Jock to visit, In Luton this week, so shame to miss a good Party

How strict they are about the trade days? I am hoping to head out to Farnborough on friday with a friend. Only one of us had an airline ID - will we be allowed in?
Thanks,
Esrev.

You may be able to buy a trade day pass, (see website, left side) or, if you are lucky, you get an invitation from an exhibitor with a hospitality tent!.
You go to a booth and purchase a ticket and after parting with your £35 you are handed a registration form.Fill in something appropriate about your job and employer and you are in!

Farnborough Air Show on TV
Does anyone know if the Air Show is going to be on TV - or have I missed it? Does Raymond Baxter still narate or does this date me?
Last couple of times I saw it on TV, the producers edited it to 15 min boredom with the Red Arrows, 10 min talk in the exhibition halls and 5 min of real flying display. Not surprisingly, audience figures were poor which gave the BBC the excuse to cease covering it. They could never re-produce the Buffalo 'heavy landing' anyway.
