Is it possible to hold two JAR licences at the same time?
For example convert a French Licence to Spannish Licence and at the same time hold on to the French Licence?

No, only 1 at a time of the same type. A French ATPL say and a Spanish PPL yes but not a Spanish and French ATPL.

Unless of course someone in the local CAA office screws up...seen that happen
