I watched an Aurigny service from EMA (Short 360 G-BVAC) land on Sunday afternoon in Guernsey.

Wind was 230/23 G40 knots, one engine inop. An impressive landing in the circumstances and one which some pilots would have been proud of on a summers day with no wind and both engines

Contaminated - greater the 25% of the runway surface covered by water, snow etc greater then 3mm in depth.
