Thumbs up Airline training captains look here

Hello training Captains

I get different opinions about my future choice of modular training towards the airlines, and would like to know what you (training captains) think as it is up to you in the end to judge my choice of modular route.

I intend to do my JAA CPL (and ME etc) in USA and then gain FAA CPL/ME/IR and then return to UK and convert my FAA MEIR to a JAA MEIR and then gain a lot of hours via instructing in USA.

What is your opinion on that or the airlines opinion on it?? Is it in your eyes worth as much as a guy/girl who has done it all in the UK ??

I will still be a holder of JAA licences and therefore meet the requirements for JAR and cannot see anything is wrong with it, but a lot of people have bad opinions about it.
But you guys who hire people or select people from their CVs what do you think????

Regards

Jannik
