Australian Endorsements

What are my chances of finding employment in Europe (I have an Irish passport etc), or in Canada/USA after getting my Australian CPL/MEI/CIR?

I am always hearing that the Australian standards set by CASA are the highest in the world. Help.

Its like this...
I was born a pom, have an oz ATPL, with a ****load of hours, a bucket load of endorsements and IF renewals, however I'm worth absolutely nothing when it comes to aviation in the UK.
And I hate the mindless soapies that this country produces(with a passion)
