Can someone tell me if they use the same tests for cadets seeking sponsorship as for someone with 1300 hours (f)ATPL/IR?
I'm also curious to know if once in a job when looking to change jobs, do they look to run these test on you again?

Apparently they do the b@$tards.
You have only gone and worked your butt off to get the qualification and jumped through lots of hoops and then they try and cull you from aptitude tests to see if you have the 'potential' to be good at flying.
What a load of crap IMHO - they should look at the flying reports and the exam results. Otherwise what is their point!!!!
