Best way to convert FAA IR to CAA IR?
What is going to be the easiest and most inexpensive way to convert an FAA IR to a CAA IR? I know that I need 15 hours of training, but does that all need to be in multiengine aircraft? Can I do some of the training in a simulator or single engine to reduce the cost? Also, could I do some of the training in the US? Anybody want to recommend an FTO to me privately?
Thanks.
Thanks.

As far as i know it's 10 hours sim 5 hours Multi. But it's up to the FTO whether you you need more training, the 15 hours is an absolute minimum. I went to Stapleford, as I need to convert my FAA IR, they've got a brand new sim which is as good as I've seen and their planes are in superb condition. They also, always seem to get good reviews on PPRUNE and are very reasonable price wise.
