If you sign up for a MCC course part of the instruction covers cockpit procedures, briefings, standard phraseology and so on. That is what the course is all about so you have no need to worry about it. Obviously you will need to have an ability to converse in, at least, aviation english. The London Guildhall University has had students from all over Europe and they have enjoyed it and found it good value. A Frenchman is on the current course in fact.
