Modular Route: Checklist before i start

After researched hours and hours about Atpl training i came to the conclusion that the modular route is the most suitable to me.
Just before i swing myself into the adventure i wanna make sure i don't get something wrong in the Paragraph jungle.
Im German so a Uk based Atpl should work i guess.
Lufthansa,Air Berlin, Condor all require an JAA Atpl , and they don't realy care where you made it, so it shouldn't be a Problem to aply when they are searching ready entry's....

Before all that
3 Month US Visa
Backround check TSA
FAA medicall
Medicall JAR

Getting started

Make an FAA PPL Icao 1 ANNEX
  1. Atpl Theorie for example Bristol
  2. Timebuilding /FAA/IFR/ME event. CPL
  3. Conversion in UK/Spain/Greek
  4. MCC
  5. Finished Frozen ATPL(CPL)
So i hope i got everything right here.
Flexebility wise im think about PPL, IFR and ME in one sweep because i have 12 month of pure nothing ahead of me.
Is there something wrong in Process ?

And im a bit worried about the new EASA licenses will i still be able to converese from FAA PPL to the Uk Ppl?

And is there a possibility to even converce my Uk Ppl into a German one, if i want to borrow a plane in Germany.

Do i have to keep the US Ppl current when i converced it into a Uk Ppl ?

Lots of questions i know.
Sorry for english mistakes tried my best.

Thanks so much in advance for your answers.
